Shortcodes for Giscus, Utterances, and Disqus comment integration
Add comment shortcodes following the same pattern as the existing contact_form shortcode. Support Giscus (GitHub Discussions-backed), Utterances (GitHub Issues-backed), and Disqus as providers. Configure via [comments] in seite.toml with provider and repo/site-id. Themes can include the comment block in post templates by default. Extends seite's existing pattern of provider-based integrations.
