User-defined taxonomies beyond the built-in tags system. Define arbitrary groupings like categories, series, or authors in seite.toml, each with its own auto-generated index and archive pages. Modeled after Hugo's taxonomy system but keeping seite's zero-config ergonomics: tags continue to work out of the box, custom taxonomies are opt-in via config.
